The sporran is an essential accessory of the celtic outfit. It is a pouch that performs the same function as pockets on the pocketless Scottish kilt.

Made of leather or fur, the ornamentation of the sporran is determined by the formality of dress worn with it. The sporran is worn on a leather strap or chain (which isn't visible on the picture), conventionally positioned in front of the groin of the wearer.

This one is closed by a press button with a celtic cover.

Made of 3mm vegetable leather, carved and molded by hand, paint with acrylic and sealed with a vanish.
The gusset is made of 3mm chromed leather.

Like all my product, this one is made of vegetable leather. It's a leather tanned with vegetable product like park. This particulary leather can be worked as wished. It absorb sweat and let the skin breath. It's sturdy and with care it can last for years.
Cut by myself then dyed. It received a first coat of oil.

Like all my product it is fully handmade by myself.
